How do I lodge my return?
Gather your livestock numbers.
If you have a mobile phone or tablet with a camera:
- scan the QR code on your Annual Land and Stock Return form.
No device with a camera?
- access our secure portal
- enter your holding reference number and password to log in.
Complete your return online via our secure portal when it opens for the 2024 lodgements. For an optimal and smooth browsing experience, it is essential to maintain your browser software to the most current version available.

Which stock do I count?
Please record all livestock more than 6 months of age. Please note that pigs of any age must be counted, as well as flocks of more than 100 poultry.
Don't have any livestock?
Your return still matters, even if you don’t have any livestock. We still need you to complete your return by ticking 'nil’ to ensure you do not incur additional levies on your rates and to make certain our records are up to date in case of emergencies.
