Don't miss out on seeing the lambs on each treatment at Ridgehaven Poll Dorset Stud.
We will spend an hour in the paddock inspecting herbage mass levels, residue levels and the composition of the regrowth.
Then we will move to the Ridgehaven Stud shed to hear Ben Holman talk about the meat science aspects of the experiment.
Participants will then be able to taste test the various cuts from the different treatments to see if they can pick the winner of the meat quality traits.
Lunch will be provided, follow the field day signs to the paddock.
