Making bio-amendments on farm

Everyone is talking about “biologicals, biofertiliser and bio ferments” – but what are they? And how do you make them?

You will learn to use two bio-amendments on farm and everyone will make a biofertiliser brew!

Together we will build a Johnson-Su Bioreactor with Michael Anderson from Clarence Town.

We will also analyse a mature Johnston-Su compost and learn about the microbes present using a microscope.

Please bring a 30-litre drum, a milk bottle and four litres of fresh cow manure!

Numbers are limited so register today by clicking on this link to the registration form.
