Grant Sims, Down Under Covers - Grant Sims is a pioneering farmer from Victoria, Australia, and the founder of Down Under Covers. Known for his innovative approach to sustainable agriculture, Grant focuses on using multispecies cover crops to improve soil health, enhance animal production, and increase overall farm productivity. His work includes extensive trials with the Grains Research and Development Corporation (GRDC) on chemical-free insect management and carbon sequestration.
Joel Williams, Integrated Soils - Joel Williams is an expert in soil health and crop nutrition, leading Integrated Soils, a consultancy dedicated to sustainable farming practices. Joel specializes in biofertilizers and foliar nutrition, aiming to optimize crop health while managing diseases and pests. He advocates for regenerative agriculture techniques that enhance soil biology, improve crop resilience, and promote long-term farm sustainability.
