New local manager for the Far South Coast

I would like to provide you with a quick update regarding the local manager position on the Far South Coast.

Jake Tanner has accepted a six month secondment to the position of Business Partner – Invasive Species in the Local Land Services state team. This is a fantastic opportunity for Jake to further his management and biosecurity learning. I’d like you to join me in congratulating Jake on getting this appointment. We look forward to what he will be able to bring back to the local team upon completion of the secondment.

Rebecca Child has been appointed acting local manager for the duration of Jake’s secondment. Many of you will already know Rebecca, she has been with Local Land Services for three years, first as a Customer Administration Officer and most recently as the Administration Coordinator for our Regional Delivery Support Team.

Rebecca has a great understanding of what we do and how we work and will no doubt benefit from this development opportunity and will be ably supported by the local Far South Coast team. Congratulations Rebecca!
