Join the Eurobodalla Farmers' Network

Farmers in the Eurobodalla are invited to join the Eurobodalla Farmers' Network. The network is a partnership between South East Local Land Services, Eurobodalla Shire Council and Sustainable Agriculture and Gardening Eurobodalla (SAGE).

The Network is free to join, just contact me, Andrew Britton (Small Landholder Engagement Officer), at andrew.britton@lls.nsw.gov.au or on 0408 050 748.

A regular e-newsletter will keep you up to date with the latest workshops, environmental funding, field days and events across the region.

A number of workshops are planned for the Eurobodalla region including the South East Soil Knowing your Nodules events in Bega on 24 October and Moruya on 25 October, the Sheep/Alpaca Discussion group workshop in Moruya on 8 November and the Eurobodalla Farmers’ Network Dinner (details below).

Eurobodalla Farmers’ Network Dinner - Fetch 'em Up

Date: Friday 29 November, 6.30 - 10 pm

Where: Moruya Showground Pavilion, Albert Street, Moruya

Eurobodalla's farming community are invited to enjoy an evening of delicious food, music and great company.

Come along to meet fellow local farmers, hear from special guest speakers and go in the running to win fantastic lucky door prizes.

Representatives of support services for drought affected farmers will also be in attendance.

This event is hosted by Council's Community Development team in partnership with Local Land Services, Lions Club, Coordinare, local businesses and community groups, with the aim of establishing a network between farmers managing properties of various size and nature.

Cost: Free (BYO drinks)
