PROGRAZE™ - Palerang district
PROGRAZE™ is a recognised, industry-leading training course based on proven principles of pasture and livestock production. Develop skills in pasture and animal assessment that improve the productivity and sustainability of grazing systems.
PROGRAZE™ will help you to:
- visually assess pasture
- understand how pasture quality and quantity impact animal production
- match pastures to livestock requirements
- fat score livestock
- use grazing management to improve productivity and sustainability of pastures
- use grazing management to help control worms.
Hands on learning
PROGRAZE™ consists of 8 x half day workshops, held monthly. The course is hands-on, conducted on group member's farms with in-paddock activities and discussion.
Course fee
$450 (+GST) per farm business. Two or more members from a farm business may participate for this fee.
